Fulfillment Policy

• All Sales Are Final: No adjustments to sizes or options of can be made after twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.
• Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, please contact TK International via telephone or email within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.
• Refund Exclusions: Refunds will NOT be issued after the set date of the event or upon the commencement of package distribution.
• Refund Method: All refunds will be processed through the same payment method originally used by the customer.
• Distribution Schedule: Distribution will only take place during and at the time and location allotted and advertised.
